OTO Development acquired a complex of three hotels in Ocean City, Maryland, drawn by the enduring popularity of this iconic mid-Atlantic beach town. The destination — notable as the closest beach community to Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, MD — is within a four-hour drive of 22.5 million people.

After successfully executing its investment plan with the disposition of the smaller two hotels, OTO focused its full attention on the conversion of the former Dunes Manor into a new Hilton Garden Inn. Following a to-the-studs renovation, the property enjoys an elevated aesthetic across all guest rooms and shared spaces including a gracious ballroom and the second location of OTO’s independently branded Solstice Oceanfront Bar & Grill.

This Hilton Garden Inn is located right on the sand, just steps from the famed Ocean City Boardwalk, and across the street from the Jolly Roger Amusement Park.
