AC Hotel St. Petersburg Downtown

This AC Hotel is the hospitality component of Ascent St. Petersburg, a mixed-use development by Greystar Real Estate Partners that also comprises a 36-story luxury apartment tower and 5,500 square feet of retail space. OTO purchased the hotel upon construction completion.

The hotel and multifamily tower share an outdoor pool deck; AC-specific amenities include a lobby lounge and a rooftop restaurant and bar. The OTO-branded rooftop venue, named Cane & Barrel in a salute to all things rum, features 2,700 square feet of indoor and outdoor space overlooking Tampa Bay. It draws in local patrons with a dedicated street entrance and direct elevator service.

Located within St. Petersburg’s central business district, this AC Hotel is walkable to more than 100 restaurants, breweries, museums, waterfront parks, boutique retail shops, sports venues, and music halls.
